At Ortofon, we stand by the precision of our audio equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Carefully pack the product in its original Ortofon box, ensuring all styli, cartridges, and accessories are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
